I have left dozens of messages and sent several emails regarding my reservation. I booked in early March for a trip in May, and was told over the phone that the reservation could be changed and/or cancelled as our numbers were finalized. When the trip was cancelled due to COVID, they were no longer returning calls. We had so much fun! Our guide, Juan, was very patient and helpful. The segways were such a blast that I really didn't want the tour to come to an end. Truly a highlight of our weekend! Absolutely would recommend.
Went on the bat tour with Rayman as our guide. He was really awesome. We had a great time!
