We were planning to use hipside peddler for my sisters bachelorette. I bought a non-refundable ticket (knowing that was risky due to COVID). When Texas shut down their bars for a second time I knew we would not be able to make our tour. I called Matt from hipside and chatted with him. While he couldn’t offer a full refund, he gave me a store credit to use whenever I wanted. Or I could also sell the credit on Facebook marketplace. I was supposed to have my bachelorette party in Austin the last weekend in July, but sadly we had to cancel due to COVID 😭😭. My sister bought a non refundable ticket for our group of 11, but you guys were awesome and willing to work with her. We are so grateful. I know we will definitely be booking with you guys the next time we come to Austin to get a proper tour post-COVID. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I was supposed to have my bachelorette party in Austin the last weekend in July, but sadly we had to cancel due to COVID 😭😭. My sister bought a non refundable ticket for our group of 11, but you guys were awesome and willing to work with her. We are so grateful. I know we will definitely be booking with you guys the next time we come to Austin to get a proper tour post-COVID. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR. We booked this Hipside Peddler for a bachelorette party and unfortunately, due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in Texas and the traveling restrictions mandated to several of the attendees we unfortunately had to cancel with over two weeks notice. While i understand we booked “non-refundable” tickets, ALL OTHER VENDORS IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING and have processed refunds. We had such a FUN time on the East Side Tour!! I booked this for a Bachelorette party, and it was the best part of the whole weekend. Peddling was way easier than we expected, and the bars they stopped at were super fun! It was a 2 hour tour, but honestly, would have stayed on it longer!

I did a group tour with my sisters bachelorette party and we had so much fun!! Our tour guide Alex made it even better. We were able to play our own music and bring our own alcohol, which you honestly do not need to because during the tour you stop at 4 different bars for 25 minutes each. In all I would highly recommend Hipeside Peddler if you are going with a group especially bacherlorette/bachelor parties.

I celebrated my birthday in Austin this weekend. We had a blast on our Hipside Peddler tour! They have a great team and are very responsive. I would use this company again.
