Liars and Thieves!!! Ridiculously overpriced!!!! Go anywhere but here! Completely took advantage of my teenage son! After he spent OVER $3,000 in repairs his car started acting up only 2 days later and when he called he was told he had spent enough money and they would inspect it again for free. That was a lie! They then charged him over $200 for something he should already have been informed about. They would even charge his battery after it sat in the shop for almost 2 weeks. 5 Star all the way I was met at my car outside as soon as I pulled up by a service representative who was friendly, professional & helpful. I had a clean, new, loaner car waiting for me. The service due was explained and there was no wait time. The work on my vehicle was completed much earlier than expected. When I returned, the repairs were explained to me and I was back in my car in minutes! Such a great experience!! I highly recommend the team at Glenwood VW Audi!!
