The Glenwood homes game plan- find a good floor plan and good house design then hire the absolute cheapest crews possible to complete the work. The bones of the house and the gross build are fine, nothing special at all, but the finish work is horrible. Sloppy finishes, paint and texture splatter on trim pieces. Uneven cuts on trim. I love the floor plan and the full brick. However, dealing with them and the contractors they use have been quite difficult. The warranty team is rude and dishonest. The contractors do sloppy work and rework. Some of the contractors have come back and done a good job. The plumbers have not come back and done everything and are not willing to return to fix warranties. The floor contractors have come to fix issues multiple times and never fixed the problem.
