I have utilized this facility for over 5 years now. Dr. Kyle Cushing originally did testing on my son to help us create a plan that would benefit him the most. We have been seeing Ms Courtney for just as long. I understand how some other reviewers may not have been happy with the outcome of their experience. You must take into account. Came to Courtney Forman for a PMDD diagnosis on my own therapist’s recommendation. I was not ready to be medicated. Other reviewers on here have said this, but I felt like she was trying to catch me in a lie the entire time. When I told her I wasn’t ready to get on Prozac, she implied that I would use a diagnosis to excuse harming my friends and family. Kyle Cushing blew me off. Wouldn’t recommend Kyle Cushing. Kyle Cushing doesn’t like to keep his appointments. Receptionist was very rude.
I saw NP Courtney Forman. They treat you like a liar do not listen to a single word said and generally make You feel worse about your self. when I left my appointment. I was in such a depressive state that I’m considering not bothering with my mental help anymore. It’s was crystal clear they didn’t want me as a client just my money. Edit it been over 24 hours since my experience here and I’m still just beyond distraught I truly regret walking though the doors.
