I’ve done a few services here. Dr. C and his colleagues were amazing. The receptionist Jasmine is also extremely kind. I Recently started with NP Courtney, everything other reviews say is accurate. I have no intention of returning due to her.
After going there for testing for depression and HDHD, witch was positive, could not get me in for two months to see the nurse practitioner to discuss meds. They seem have no care of time sensitive diagnosis. The location and atmosphere of the place is depressing on its own.
Been going to this place almost 3yrs and the regular receptionist was always polite and professional. In three yrs I saw my therapist approximately 6 times. In that period she weened me off of 3 medications okay I except that. Lately after my last visit, she suggest that I take buspar with instructed doses. I have utilized this facility for over 5 years now. Dr. Kyle Cushing originally did testing on my son to help us create a plan that would benefit him the most. We have been seeing Ms Courtney for just as long. I understand how some other reviewers may not have been happy with the outcome of their experience. You must take into account. Came to Courtney Forman for a PMDD diagnosis on my own therapist’s recommendation. I was not ready to be medicated. Other reviewers on here have said this, but I felt like she was trying to catch me in a lie the entire time. When I told her I wasn’t ready to get on Prozac, she implied that I would use a diagnosis to excuse harming my friends and family.
