I've been living here for almost two years now. From the application process, to moving in, Jean Marie was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and already at home! I like the complex and my neighbors are so nice. I'm so lucky to have found a great place for a great starting price. I don't have any complaints. When I called maintenance, they came within a few days a fixed the problem I had.
I lived in Glenwood for one year. Unfortunately, I had to move due to finding a job in a new city but my experience here was wonderful. From the moment I started the application/leasing process to the moment when I got my security deposit back. Great environment, very safe, and awesome staff. Dee
I love living here anytime something brakes. They come right out an the security that drives around all night. Always see the flashing light on the truck. I personally thanked Bob the man that drives it.. I know my car an motorcycle are just fine. Thanks again Bob
Terrible, if you have a problem they try to blame you for it. They'll fix it half as sed. It's not worth the aggravation and stress to live there. They are also in cahoots with the township. There's no zero star otherwise I would of checked it. RATING IS -0.
I've lived at Glenwood for 19 years now and can honestly say that I have no complaints.....the maintenance department has been very accommodating and it's been a good experience overall. Just wish I had a washer/dryer in the unit :)
Not allowed to pay your rent 20 days early? WTF ? 😡 There is cheaper and better apartments who will be happy to take my money upfront.
Probably the worst snow management I've ever seen. A bunch of parking spots untouched didn't even plow it, a mountain of snow behind everyone's car which is all ICE now because they don't know to plow and don't know what SALT is. Couldn't get to work today, sister couldn't get to work yesterday, another neighbor stuck. This is just pathetic. Shame on your "plow trucks"
