This morning I had a problem with my oven and John M. helped me. He was very reassuring that the problem would be taken care of immediately. He worked very effectively and made me feel very safe. He was very confident and worked very efficiently. He knew exactly what was wrong and explained all the details to me. I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience, I love living at Glenwood Apartments especially knowing there are maintenance people like John M that are there to help me Thank John M !
I have been a resident of Glenwood for about 6 months and I do recommend the property. I highlight maintanence and John M. via my level of satisfaction as he was and has been awesome in maintaining my apartment from the day I move in to current, definitely two thumbs up !!!
