My husband and I have lived at Glenwood for one year now, including two full winters. It’s our first apartment. I am consistently impressed by how fast they take care of snow removal. Their speed also is seen in the way they assist you in your (few) issues. Lived here since April....love my apartment....had a couple of small issues today called maintenance office, within an hour John Miore & Anthony Forgione came and fixed both issues, quickly, cleanly and efficiently......both guys extremely polite and helpful.....thank you!

The staff goes above and beyond, in time of emergency, to protect, Life and property. They care about the residents. They are like extended family, in time of need. we should all take a moment to say THANK YOU. It is their job, and we all work or worked and have had good and bad days. Today was a bad day, and they stepped up. THANK YOU.
I really want to move from this place ! , we have too many fights with the lady next to us and they always comes in her side even tho the police did the same thing , I’m so tired of this headache I’m a full time student don’t have time to fight over and over ! We do have 4 cars in total i always park 2 cars in the side and the other 2 in the spots to make everyone park their car front of their apartment , i can’t even handle this anymore ! I regret that i moved to this apartment.
We had a small fire in the kitchen fan on Sunday morning we called the emergency maintenance and I explained to them what happened and they said oh that’s not an emergency call !! And I was like what !! Like what could be more emergency or dangerous than fire in my kitchen!! However they didn’t show up this day. Warning to all residents. Make sure you lock your porch and all doors, someone tried to break in last night and opened the storage door at 4am this morning. My dog started barking and the perpetrator fled.
