I've been living in this apartment for 20 years and honestly I can say that some units do have a minor roach problem. People are always dumping their trash outside of the trash cans and in front of the apartment. The plumbing issue isn't an everyday problem (like some reviews say). It's occasionally and they do let us know. What personally makes me upset or the laundry machines because they always leave my clothes soaked and never fully dry them I have to dry them three times:/. Not bad not great, but they are flexible with their tenants.
Only good thing about this place is the price is decent for a single bedroom apartment. Not only is management service poor, but the majority of people who live here are inconsiderate, leaves trash everywhere and people taking YOUR parking space when you pay a fee for YOUR parking every month, some people take your clothes out of the washer and take the washer you’re using.
