I have lived here for 4 years. Carrie has always been responsive when I have had a maintenance issue. Our maintenance men have been knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate any and all of them.
Manager was rude and lazy. No relay of the proper information.
my mother in law lives there and they are very rude and condescending to her. it’s a beautiful complex and close to parks but that’s about it. she has had a few issues with the water and it takes the at least 3 days to respond when she calls or puts the request for service in on the portal. she smokes maybe 3 cigarettes a day. last week she was told she can not smoke in the grounds yet the maintenance workers walk around with cigarettes. when one of the tenants asked the manaher she was told the difference is your lease says... read more
