This is an excellent vet. Reasonably priced. Professional. Caring. The staff is very good. My family has repeatedly been very happy. Would recommend to anyone.
This vet is fantastic. They got our dog, Onyx, in urgently, two days in a row. They treated him quickly and professionally, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Totally recommend.
I brought my kitten here from age 9 weeks onwards. Joined their quick start program coming every few weeks for vaccines and booked the neuter for my kitten months out. Got a call today that they can no longer do the neuter, now or in the future, and I need to find a new vet. It puts us in a bad situation and I want others to know that even though they’re “accepting new patients”, they’re likely to drop you with no warning.
Cancelled a procedure the day before after a two month wait. Charged for a test, that they were unsure they even got an accurate sample for. Rude team members. Do not recommend.
I had the heart breaking experience of having to put down (euthanize) my 16 year old Havanese which I knew was coming as he had end stage kidney failure. The poor dog was suffering and they could not find an earlier appointment to end his suffering so he had to wait in pain. The vet I was suppose to see Dr Heagle ( amazing vet with such a warm personality) had an emergency so couldn’t be there to euthanize Simon.
