I have used Glens Keys in the past and had reliable success. installing new deadbolts or making a set of keys. I recently called them out to assist with a lock where the key could not enter easily. I was suspecting the key would need to be remade or the lock replaced. I contacted them because I had a difficulty inserting my key into the lock for my laundry door. We had our cars stolen, and wanted our keys reprogrammed, as well as ordering spares. Steve and Thomas were SO nice and helpful after the day we had, it was lovely to interact with good human beings. They were able to reprogram our keys very fast, and showed us for peace of mind that no one else would be able to turn on our cars. Thank you Steve and Thomas!!!!
Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Literally can't thank Steve & Chad enough. I came in pretty stressed out because someone stole my purse and had the other key to my car. They expedited getting me another fob and reprogrammed everything, rendering the other key useless. I was able to go home and sleep without fear of my car being stolen.
