Literally can't thank Steve & Chad enough. I came in pretty stressed out because someone stole my purse and had the other key to my car. They expedited getting me another fob and reprogrammed everything, rendering the other key useless. I was able to go home and sleep without fear of my car being stolen. They were quick, communicative and professional. Another younger gentleman also made me another key for my ski rack because that was also stolen. They’re super fast and should be easy to work with. Just try to get a salesperson other than Aubrey. He wrote down our phone number wrong, kinda just forgetful about what he does. Also worth nothing they don’t accept tap to pay, which is fine. But their system doesn’t keep customers on file. Just have basic hand written ticket numbers and it’s down to them being able to read their own legible phone numbers to call you back if you drop one off.
Crazy I call to make key for my truck cost$400. And i call another place $110. Why over pricing?
