Absolutely terrible and horrific facility!!! Staff was not helpful at all. No one knows what is going on. If you ask one of the nurses for help, they either say they can't help you or that it's some other departments job. Zero communication between the health care providers and the patients and patient's family. They do not call to give any updates to family. There is no cohesion between the front desk workers, nursing staff, and providers. I will never in my life go back to this facility for any kind of medical treatment.
I was at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center at around 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM but the doctors get me check at around 11:00 or something but didn’t get done until 12:00 but it was a very long time wait to get me check up but so I decided to do something just because waiting for a long time was very difficult to wait
Nice interior building, layout and design! Money well spent on an architect and interior designer most definitely. It was a little too cold inside in the main waiting room downstairs. Other than that everything was very clean, everyone practiced social distancing and wearing their face mask which always makes me feel better about going out to places this day and age. I had a very bad experience after my surgery, I was told that I had been given pain meds after my surgery(while still asleep from anesthetic) and I was in a lot pain. I also had to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn't have anything for pain which they previously said i could, and then they wheeled me outside and wouldn't let me use the bathroom or anything, come to find out they gave me the bare minimum of pain meds while I was still out 2 hours previous to waking up, and didn't care about me.
