Went in for what I wanted off of Glenoaks website. They we able to get me in to what I wanted for what was right for me that day. A friendly bunch of ppl. I felt as if I had made some new friends. They were courteous and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience. And here is my 2009 Ford Ranger of choice they sold me.
Service staff are fantastic, quality service with a great attitude.
Spent over $1000 on a service appointment, got into my vehicle, cigarette smoke stunk up the interior! Mentioned it to the counter staff, was told "yeah, we have a few workers who smoke". No offer to help fix the situation, had to drive home with the windows open. Would they do this to someone with a new car?
