I never complain or give any reviews about any doctors offices but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a patient. Healthcare system is broken as we know it and having an HMO as opposed to a PPO makes absolutely no difference other than aggravation, abuse by doctors offices and this one specifically should not operate a business.
