Once the lease was signed, he was finished. I was driving 4 hours from Lake City, Florida to Port St. Lucie, Florida. We spoke while I was on the way and he told me he would give me the keys that evening, to call him when I got in. STAY AWAY. Horrible exp. with him. Hard to get a hold of when I had questions. Didn’t follow through on promises he made. Was unwilling to even consider a neg. of his commission when I was using him as my realtor and he was also the listing agent. I just wanted money to get the addition in the garage up to par (permitted) Swore up and down that the house I was trying to buy didn’t have Chinese dry wall and it did.
