There are real estate agents, and then there is Glenn Krumanacker who is in a class all by himself. Mr. Krumanacker helped us with two properties. The first one being a rental when we arrived in Florida and the second experience was when we decided to become permanent residents of Florida and Glenn helped us find a home. We've used Mr. Krumanacker's services for our rental property and he has been successful in finding us great tenants ! He was very professional and thorough in his walk through inspection with the new tenants. We've used different Realtors for our other rental homes, outside Glenn's area, and they did not compare to Glenn's expertise.
