Incorrectly treated my skin cancer after long in office waits, rude staff/doctor & a month to get biopsy results (no one had a clue what happened to my biopsy results). Found another doctor and canceled my appointment with Dr. Dempsey a month prior. 2 1/2 years later, he shows up on my credit report. When I called, I was told I never canceled the appointment.
