I have had a service agreement with this company for several years and never had an issue. However, we just moved into a new house and were having troubles with our furnace. I called Glenmont to come out and see what was going on. A young tech came out and spent about an hour looking at it. He said the unit was overheating but he wasn't sure why and was going to have his manager call me to schedule someone with more experience who could diagnose the problem.
