Specialties We take pride in selling healthy animals. Puppies are from local breeders, NEVER puppy mills. If we can not see the enviornment where they are raised we do not take them. We also sell kittens, small birds, bunnies, guinea pigs and select reptiles. There are 2 fantastic groomers on site that provide grooming 6 days a week. History Established in 1995. Amazing Customer Service I have read the previous reviews, and have to say that you cannot please everyone all of the time! I have worked in customer service my entire life, and have to say that the owner and employees are top notch. They know their pets! I have a dog, several mice, and two bearded dragons. They have always been extremely helpful with advice and meeting the needs of my pets, along with offering to special order anything I need that they ordinarilly do not carry, and keep it in stock for me. great place to buy a pet from i was in there and bought the best puppy. he is a great puppy how was healthy and happy. the workers were very helpful and answered every question i could think of. they helped me pick toy that would be good for the puppy and the right food for him. if i had to say anything about this place it would have to be very amazing and will never go any where else again.
Disappointed I have lived in Glendora my entire life and have always enjoyed going into the pet shop, but I must say that I am very disappointed in it. It has recently turned into a shabby run down store, it is just plain filthy in there. The owner of the store use to be quite nice, but now is extremely rude to the customers. Furthermore, the friends down at the bottom of this page calling out ex-employees... you are the ones that need to grow up! Good experience I love reading reviews. The reviews for this store are so entertaining. There's so much he said she said, it's kinda funny you know. I liked this store. They seemed pretty friendly. I just went in there on my way home to pick up some food for my pooch. I didn't think they were rude or nothing.
The best groomer in town My husband just got our pet groomed here and I have to say the groomer did a fabulous job. The best I have ever seen. When he was discussing the certain cut she listened carefully and did exactly what he wanted it. She was very sweet and genuinely cares for the animals. Not only that I feel completely safe leaving my pet with her since he has a heart condition and I fear for him to have anxiety. She understood this and he was done with in an hour. They must pay or ask people to write good reviews the store is awful after reading previous reviews I am floored I shopped at village pets for many years even got my two dogs from here. The store used to be clean and upbeat since the recently mentioned employees have left I have received nothing but poor service and the store seemed to be getting worse the last few times I went I have now ventured to san dimas just to get my food to avoid seemingly sick puppies poor service and just a dirty dusty store! Glendora Village Pet Shop is Great nothing but love for this store I LOVE this place the owners are nothing but nice i have never had a bad experience there. They are not expensive at all they are cheap compared to pet smart and pet co they also have better food for your pets. They also really care about your pets always asking how there doing. The girl with plugs and a tattoo on the back of her neck is great always nows here stuff
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! A++++ I have been shopping at this store, as well as in downtown Glendora for MANY years. I have never had a bad experience here. Furthermore, since the departure of 2 specific employees, one with blue hair and tattoos and one large, heavy set girl, the atmosphere in the shop has changed for the better.
