I don’t recommend this dealership at all , I was there around 6:45 , 7 :00 pm for 30 minutes walking around looking at trucks, no sales personal never approach me to ask if I needed any help , all sale person were just standing around picking their nose , went there to upgrade To a newer truck , was hoping to see Omer Gonzalez the manager , but he was not in , I will never go back to Purchase a vehicle at Glendora Chevrolet , very unprofessional and very bad customer service,Â

There service department stinks. I bought a 2020 Colorado truck and a low profile tool box from them in Oct 2019 I took the tool box home the day they installed it and found a chip in the paint on the box. I reported it to them the same day they said they would get back to me never did. So I made numerous calls and finally I took the truck and tool box in so they could inspect it and they did and said they would get back to me in a couple of days. They never did.
