🚫This place doesn't honor Capital One pre-approved offers. They get you there then tell you they can't honor the offer you presented them with when you walked in. We were there 2 hours they tried to RIP us off with our trade in offering 1000 less than Kelly's bluebook trade-in offer. I wish I could give this zero stars. The biggest BAIT AND SWITCH BS I have ever dealt with at a car dealer!!! I confirmed EVERY detail with the sales rep via phone and texts and told her this is what I am willing to pay. I got the KBB from my trade-in confirmed. BUYERS BEWARE! I hope my experience with this horrible dealership will prevent you from time and headaches as they do not care about serving the needs of the customers rather than their own pockets.
