They started construction on one apartment’s balcony at 7:30 in the morning on a Monday :(
This apartment is run by HS property management. It is owned by the Reed family who owns Reed's plumbing and excavating. They own multiple apartment complexes around town I have personally worked for them at their residence. I signed the lease lived in the apartments for 4 months they hassled me from the first day I got there apartment manager screaming at me from the balcony about cleaning up my dog's mess which I always do.
