This building use to be Very Nice. So much has changed in a very short time! If you like waking up to the smell of Marijuana and occasionally Natural Gas you will love this building! It is Roach infested then they don't want to call the pest control the front door is broke the AC unit don't work properly it said how they have you pay 1,430 but nothing gets fixed the laundry room looks terrible then the machines don't work they have to do better on keeping up on the property
Nice apartments,all utilities are included but some areas of the apartment are rather narrow.
