Today I went to Dr. King's office for the first time. I have been to several highly experienced and skilled podistatrists this year. However, it was Dr. King who was able to diagnose a problem that none of them were able to figure out. In addition to her diagnostic and medical skills, she expressed a genuine interest in me. Her office is run by a really kind and brilliant multi-tasker. I will definitely be back!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
