History Established in 2015. Glenbrook Apartments was purchased by the current owners in October of 2015. We have made many improvements, including new responsive office staff, welcoming new office, many updates to the community and apartment homes! Meet the Manager Jory W. Manager I grew up in Chillicothe, Illinois and have been with in the apartment industry since 2003. I am very passionate about Glenbrook Apartments and love to create a sense of community with all of our wonderful residents!

Loved my time here I lived at Glenbrook for a year and a half. It’s a good central location not far from grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. Management and office administrators were always so kind and helpful. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. Neighbors are nice but typically everyone keeps to themselves. Laundry is OK and could use some updating. Move out process was easy and the office admins even let me sell my furniture and put up flyers to sell it in the complex. Home Sweet Home I thought it was too good to be true, that Glenbrook Apartments would have Everything I was looking for. Location is perfect, price is on point, the pool is awesome, and the girls in the office are always so helpful. The best part is my fur baby is just as welcome. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE The office staff here are the RUDEST PEOPLE you will ever speak to. They will degrade you and make you feel as little as possible to make themselves feel better. The maintenance is TERRIBLE. The apartments themselves are completely falling apart. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! You've been warned.
Love it! We have lived here for six months now, and we absolutely love our home! We have had some maintenance issues, like our air conditioning going out and needing to be completely replaced, but we were given a hotel room and good treatment from the office staff. Any neighbor/noise issues are handled properly and quickly with the right kind of sensitivity. The office staff are courteous and always bring a bit of joy to my day. Would do it again, Moved in May 2016. Property is coming along nicely under new management. Spacious, clean, and so far pretty darn quiet. Improvements being made to drainage and entrances. The ladies in the office are great and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issue.
Glenbrook Apts I love the location of my apartment. It's safe and in a great area. However, the walls are very thin, you can hear all of your neighbors, doors slam very loud, and this place needs a severe update! I can not wait to move. I love the office manager..but this apartment I don't. I am grateful for it still.
Ready for a Change My apartment is very closed in with little sunlight. Have lived here for 13 years and not planning on moving at all. The unit has a very small galley like kitchen with the stove and refrigerator sitting right next to each other. I have noticed this year there are cracks in the walls from the rain. The whole apartment has not been updated from the day I moved in. I lived across the hall and moved in this apartment after 4 years in the previous apart. Would like to move but financially not able.
