Outstanding customer service I just moved into the apartment recently so I can tell you how the process was. I was given one ty of information for what I needed. Christina was very friendly and helpful and stayed in contact with me from start to finish

HORRIBLE! Don’t even bother complaining or ask them to fix something cuz they won’t do it and wanna move out so bad it’s not even funny DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I’d rather be homeless than live here!

Glenbrook fails to maintain their properties. Do not move in here without thoroughly inspecting the apartment! Moved in here a year ago and it was not at all like the pictures. The windows do not close all the way- this led to energy losses in the summer and winter as well as bugs getting into the apt. The elevator is jerky and is not level with the floor when the door opens. There is not enough dumpsters for the residents' trash. Water occasionally leaks from the ceiling above the shower. Love it here! I've been here for 2 years and cannot say how much I've loved my apartment with a lake view!!! I also cannot praise the management ladies enough!!! & the year-round pool access is AWESOME!
Unfit This complex is very nasty an not up to whats being said. My daughter has lived here for a uear. They have bugs never anseer phone an door bells have be broken for 7 months or more. Now the front door is broke an any one can walk in. There are a lot of women an children that live in thia building an any one can come in an possible assault someone. the glenbrook the glenbrook apartment has a unique 1 and 2 bd room floor plan. That is different from other apartments. The glenbrook has really nice amenities including a pool, a computer lab,louge/tv area and cardio/weight room. The glenbrook sits right on a lake and has great scenery. The management and maintenance are great and works fast to fix any problems or concerns you may have. the neighbors in the building for the most part are very quiet and respectful, the neighbors across the street from the glenbrook are not. ... read more
