This was my first apartment. I really liked my place. Building and pool were always clean. Only had a few issues, but maintenance always responded quickly. Office staff was always nice on the few occasions I spoke with them. Would have stayed longer but bought a house. Will recommend.

Literally the worst management for any apartment I’ve ever rented. Twice now I’ve had issues with the toilet in my apartment not working due to various issues. The first time it took them 3 days (THREE DAYS!!) and multiple calls to get them out to fix it and then it immediately started leaking from the base after that. Fast forward to today the same issue has returned and I’ve called twice in one day to confirm someone would be by to fix it as it’s my only toilet and was told a manger would be calling me to make sure it was ... read more
Management refuses to make any repairs - Not even central air!!! August 6th: Moved into the Apartment August 22nd: Reported that the carpet was coming loose from the floor and fraying. I was told a work order was put in and it would be repaired. September 22nd: Reported that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and asked when the carpeting would be fixed. I was told there was no work order for the carpet, but that work orders would be put in for both the carpet and the exhaust fan and they would be fixed. October ... read more
