Dropped by there to see if anyone in the service department could give me some information on my 2025 Colorado z71 front collision warning system and explain how it worked. To my surprise no one could do that. The guy in the service department with the long untrimmed mustache, was very, very rude and condescending. Couldn’t explain it to me so he proceeded to make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how it works. Just don’t know how they are surviving with leaders like him. Without happy customers, who are you?
The salesman was very helpful and informative.
