Easiest transaction I've ever had buying a truck!
Worst price and worst service. Never have I been treated so bad by a dealership. I’m a local farmer that switched from George Kell to give their service a try and was disappointed beyond all words. From 1000 miles all the way to 65000 miles they never once did what I asked and then left me in the cold with a bad shift solenoid. Refused to work on it because of a few scratches and afraid the 3rd shift solenoid wouldn’t work and trigger lemon law. I guess they had never seen the truck of a working man before. Never again. Mr Ford is a liar, he only wants you to buy vehicles and he will service them for 10 years then they kick you to the curb. As a veteran with an extra clean 2012 Chevy Truck, they refused to change out my wiper water filler motor because they do not work on 10 year old vehicles. My wife's Cadillac will turn 10 in a few years. So I guess i will go to Cavanaugh for future service. It cost 47.00 for parts and $250. Labor. Easy money.
