It has been so far good no major complaints beside... It has been so far good no major complaints besides communication when people are supposed to come to the apartment or when something is wrong just communicate.
Avoid this living nightmare at all costs. I moved in a month ago, and am very disappointed (at minimum currently) with the service. The neighbor makes loud noises at 2am, and even with a noise complaint to the office they say it will be months before anything can be done. There is constant bugs in this newly renovated apartment, so pest control has been here multiple times, everything needed to be fixed (outlets, peeling paint, kitchen sink draining, ac not working, etc) even after only moving in 3 weeks ago. Pest and plumbing problems Non stop roaches and rodents no matter how much cleaning we did or how many traps we laid out. Also, due to us living on the bottom floor and the piping system being old, the entire building would continually back up into our toilet and tub and overflow sewage onto our floors and into the AC ven on the floor in the bathroom (it would happen at least 6 times a year). Bed Bugs!!! This is by far thee worse apt complex!! My Son was rented a bed bug infested apt. Management knew it had problems but still rented it to him! They covered it up !! Buyer beware

Worst apartments ever! They don't do yearly upgrades yet go up on the rent every year. My carpet has mold and or fungus growing all over. I have health issues and they keep telling me it's just dust and carpet stains. They have not been taking the situation serious at all. The property manager told me that I can not with hold the rent and if i do im only making it worse for myself! They continue to harass tenants for rent every month even though we are in a pandemic and some of us are not working. They are adding late/court ... read more
Mice and roaches I normally don’t write reviews but this is the worst apartment ever if you want to add a new set of family to your own you can live here ?? mice's, roaches and unclean nasty filter the very first day I moved in I regret signing a lease I had to clean my own filter which looks like it’s hasn’t been clean for over 12 years and I have pictures to back it up, then it went from one mice to like 5 mice’s Jesus knows how much roaches we have to deal with omg it’s crazy it’s a health hazard and and nasty place to li... read more
Love this Apartment Glen Ridge have so my space and I like it. Its is a nice update quite friendly place to be and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place friendly place to stay this is the perfect place to be I don't have any worrys everything nice I don't have any problems been here and thats what I love about Glen Ridge Apartments.
