Verified Renter Staff is very friendly and welcoming and helped us get in to a place quick when we're in a bit of a bind. The first 6 months I think we regretted our decision for a few reasons but mainly because of the guys that were always drinking and getting high in the front entrance and in the laundry room. Since that problem is gone it's been a lot easier coming in from work comfortably making it to my door. Verified Renter We lived here for about five years. Any problems that we have had they are right on it. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The maintenance staff are very good.
Verified Renter The place is filled with roach and mice, kids bang on doors till 4 am, and nothing is done about it. There’s been letters sent out but no real action. They also give hardly any notice for work getting done, leaving no time to prepare
