I never actually got to meet or speak to Dr Pollock, so this is a rating of the staff. They don't return phone calls. I waited an hour after my appointment time to talk to someone That someone turned out to be some kid who works for him. That kid listened to my symptoms and then wrote something completely different in his notes. I know this because I made them send me those notes. I had to ask for them three times.
