Update: The manager complains about regular noise during broad daylight hours when natural noise occurs during the day, but constantly allows a problematic neighbor downstairs on the second floor to bang around and make a ruckus every night that I've been here at 2am until like 4am!!! I have lived here for almost 5 years. The onsite managers are excellent. When you need help they are there to respond to your maintenance requests. Otilia who handles the accounts and rentals themselves is responsive and fair to all who are here. Always ready to assist you. With rentals being as high as they are, the Villas offer a sustainable price for long periods of time. Very pleased that I found the Glenoaks Villas.
Even though there are cameras at the entrances of this building there are thefts that are happening in this building as I type this... Packages are left at my door with the delivery driver clearly taking a picture with the items in front of my door, only for them to magically disappear... Very noisy apartment, I've done the van life thing and I've had way quieter nights sleeping in a car rather than this apartment to be honest.. I am not satisfied with this property or the management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others. Looking back, I now understand why many residents do not stay longer than a year. During our time there, we noticed that most tenants moved out after a short period, and now it makes sense. We stayed for two years, but after the first year, we were already unhappy and began looking for another place. Honestly, I wish I could give this place a zero rating.
