I was told by a representative of Ten South management that they have to let residents with criminal records move in or they would have to raise apartment rent to market value. This is a lie. The apartments in this building are not worth the apartment's value. Under HUD rules, these apartments are for the elderly and handicapped. In my opinion, they should make it a rule that the assistant manager and manager have to live in one of the apartments.
