Everyone is so nice and friendly. Lauren Marshall is my provider and she is amazing! She is so patient understanding when it comes to finding the right birth control pill. ONE problem is the wait time. The appointment before my last, I had to wait almost an hour before I was seen.
Horrible, horrible experience. My daughter was diagnosed as a high risk pregnancy in her third trimester. She was sent to a high risk doctor for weekly visits, as well as weekly visits at Glen Meade in order to closely monitor her and the baby. Complete lack of communication between the two offices. My daughter was induced three weeks early because of preeclampsia, thank gosh! First of all, let me say that the doctors here are amazing. But Kris in scheduling has the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met and is extremely unprofessional. I'm almost positive that I've had to complain about her in the past. You would THINK that after all the complaints about the front desk Glen Meade would do something to resolve the issue. Dealing with this place finacially is a nightmare! My son is 13 months old and we are still battling with them over a deserved refund! Hate that some of these great providers work for such a crappy facility! Guess I am going to have to suck it up and move on because I am getting no where!
I had a great experience here. All the doctors are great. Staff and Doctors were always friendly and personable to me. Only had to wait long for one apt. Highly recommend.
Terrible patient care. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing!!! Treated with disregard!! Find another doctor!!!
They are very rude at the front desk and blurt out personal information about my girlfriend I went with concerning her private health information and when she called them on it proceeds to go and complain to a co-worker about my friend.
I give this facility a 1 simply bc there is nothing less to rate them. In reality I would rate them a -1 million. I have nothing but bad experiences there with my first pregnancy. I wouldn't recommend this place to a pet much less a human.
