It does not surprise me that this practice has so many bad reviews. After my first time at the Autumn Home Office (because it is so close to my house) the copay which I properly paid after my appointment was sent to collection. It is impossible to get a human being to talk on the phone and solve any issues. The medical assistant I dealt with exhibited absolute ignorance with regard to my lab results. Initial contact left 6 messages over 2 weeks for Dr. Wright. Never a phone call back from anyone! So frustrating. Finally got a hold of his nurse and she was the rudest lady I have ever encountered at a Dr.'s office. Asked me questions that were belittling as to why I thought I was high risk in a rude manner and questioned everything I asked. Not a good experience at all. Once I finally got an apt. This is yet another review for me because I have the SAME issue with them over and over. They NEVER call back. It got to the point that my husband walked in there to talk to the office manager and magically I got a call back in 20 minutes. It is absolutely unbelievable that they can run a business like they do. I have called them, and I am not exaggerating, 11 times in 3 weeks to get 2 prescriptions filled out.
