I had the WORST doctors expierence of my life at the LELAND location in Brunswick Forest. First of all I wait almost 1.5 to see Dr. Kahiya and when she came in didnt even apologize and spent 2 MIN with me. Yep, no exaggeration, I timed it. Then I went to have my blood drawn by Jacqueline knauss. I took my Kate Spade $250 watch off and set it on the table (where the needles are) when she was done I walked out. 10 min later realized I didnt have my watch, went back and it was GONE!! Had first visit today with Dr. Wilson and was very nervous. My prior provider at a different practice was female, but she does not take Medicare so I had to change doctors. Dr. Wilson was wonderful. He put me at ease by getting my mind off the exam with open ended questions and with his sense of humor. He was sensitive to my anxiety and was very gentle with me. Strike 1 - when I was 16 I went there for my first Pap smear. The people at The desk acted like I knew what I was supposed to do they got my paperwork done and told me to sit down I sat there forever until my anxiety got the Best of me and I got up and left. Strike 2 - I was pregnant and was going to use them as my doctors. They treated me like a number and there was still a whole lot of waiting around like I didn’t have anything else to do.
