This is yet another review for me because I have the SAME issue with them over and over. They NEVER call back. It got to the point that my husband walked in there to talk to the office manager and magically I got a call back in 20 minutes. It is absolutely unbelievable that they can run a business like they do. I have called them, and I am not exaggerating, 11 times in 3 weeks to get 2 prescriptions filled out.
