Amazing Physicians and supportive staff
Administrative is unprofessional and does not respond to requests left for appointment scheduling. I found out my doctor is no longer at the practice and Glen Meade OBGYN did not inform me when he left. I called several times to schedule an appointment with him and no one even gave me the courtesy of letting me know. It was 2 weeks before I could get someone to return my call and only through My Chart. Unacceptable.
I find them to be a very caring and professional Team.
Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr. Chase delivered my son and he is my favorite doctor.
Worst experience with prenatal care. I have dealt with OBGYNs in San Diego CA and Plano TX, this is my 3rd pregnancy and will be my 3rd c-section. I am also HIGH RISK this pregnancy. The health and care of this pregnancy extremely sensitive. 1st appointment with Dr. Jennifer Calfee: this doctor was EXTREMELY rude, insensitive and had a complete MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY attitude within the first minute of the visit. I had the best experience with Dr. Pierson. I ended up being an unscheduled C-Section since I was scheduled on a Monday and I went into labor the Friday before. She and the team were very professional and everything went great during my surgery. She is easy to talk too and answered all of my questions. Dr. Novosel is my regular OB-GYN and she is very personable and my visit with her is always pleasurable even when I hate doing my yearly exam. I have referred all of my girlfriends to this group of awesome doctors.
I saw a different practice with my first daughter but decided to go to Glen Meade with my second. I rotated through all providers which they recommend so you can develop a relationship with them all since you will not be sure who is on call when you deliver and all were fantastic. I had some late 3rd trimester bleeding and concerns and they watched me very closely and monitored my baby even closer. I felt safe, cared for and a priority to them.
