Medical staff are great there, but the billing practices are absolutely horrendous. WARNING: Think twice or even three times about using their services unless you can pay up front out of pocket.

Pt scheduling is very difficult and time consuming. Avgerage wait times are 45 minutes and a scheduler didn't call back as promised. Some nurses are very competent and caring. Others are not knowledgeable and assume without wanting to ask your physician about the prep products. The prep products work differently on each patient. Communication could be improved by the team and compassion towards the patient.
