Took Hp mgmt almost 2 weeks to fix my hot water. Almost a month to fix my washer. Although they like to brag about how promptly they address maintenance problems.
If you're a college student be prepared to weather the constant assumption that you are inept and to blame for any concerns or maintenece you may have to address the office about.
