The owner goes above and beyond normal customer service. They provide prompt one on one communication and resolve any issues immediately. Purchased several plans in the last year now getting started on first build, glad to have the support.

I built three Glen L designs and love them all. Glen, Gayle, and John were super nice and helpful throughout the builds. Josh and Anika are the new owners and are faithfully carrying on the Glen L tradition. Great designs and Great support for us amateur builders.
Our family has built four boats from Glen-L plans since 1956. John and Gayle--Glen Witt's daughter--are doing a wonderful job continuing Glen's legacy of providing plans, products and support for the amateur boat builder. They're very nice people and their service is second to none. If I could give them ten stars I would.
