It bothers me that the dentist was going to kick me out of the room when other parents got to stay with their children. I feel Dr.Galvez speaks to my son and me with 0 patients and thinks less of the service she provides only because my son has medical card insurance.On my last visit the Dr's assistant asked if i wanted if i wanted all procedures done on same visit and was not all done and caused conflict once more.

I would like to explain to you that parents are allowed to come back into the rooms with their children for cleanings and prior to a procedure happening, but not for treatment. The reason for this is because the children listen better to the Dr. when moms and dads are not in the room. I know this was explained to you at the appointment when you were upset. I always appreciate how prompt and professional the staff, hygienists, and dentist are at Beautiful Smiles. I miss Iliana because she was so gentle, but I wish her well. I hope you enjoyed the molar flash drives I left for you.
