I hired them to move me from Chicago to Arizona. Worst experience of my life. They showed up 2 days late. Damaged my furniture and stole a wardrobe box of all my designer suits,shirts,leather coats,sports coats and sports jersey's and designer shoes. Filed a claim and they denied me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR POSSESSIONS.
Liz was my initial contact to set up the move. She explained everything to me and then told me that Sue would be calling and sending me the paperwork. Sue was extremely helpful, a pleasure to work with and made sure that I was notified 24 hours before of the time of arrival. The movers arrived on time and where very careful to protect the flooring as they moved a very heavy couch down 2 flights of stairs.
