Our rep Kim was great to work with from start to finish and our moving crew was fantastic too. They worked hard from start to finish and asked us all day if we were happy with where furniture was going and they gladly moved furniture around until we were happy with the setup. They even removed the child protectors from all of the recepticles. Very happy with our move
The four men arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently taking the utmost care of our furniture. I particularly liked the fact that after they placed the furniture in our new house, they went room by room with my wife and me to make any adjustments in placing that we may have wanted. The men were fun and energetic
The movers were great! They were very polite and friendly! They tried to make it as less stressful as possible. And we all know how stressful moving is! They moved quick, but also took good care of our belongings! Also the people in the office are great too!! It made my day today when Kim called to see how everything went! I have never had that from other movers. I would definitely use them again and recommend them again!
The movers were friendly and very quick. They handled everything with care, especially some very large and difficult piece items. We would definitely use the company again. The staff kept in contact and called during the move to see how everything was going and the next day to make sure everything went well. Great job!

We purchased a washer and dryer unit from **** ***** (total cost $4500) and this company was contracted out to install. Do not hire this Company, They installed the wrong dryer vent on my high capacity dryer (I have pictures to prove it) and also dented the unit in the first install (this was replaced). We also had a third party professional confirm the incorrect installation. After 2 years, due to the wrong dryer vent being installed my dryer caught on fire. It is very unusual for us to receive a claim over two and half years after we have done an install. The photos provided as evidence show parts that we have never carried in our trucks for installations. For example, it is our policy to only use rigid or semi-rigid vents. The signed paperwork for the installation stated that a semi-rigid vent was installed. They delivered a refrigerator to my home and put it in the living room at my request. Delivery man did not warn me that the refrigerator probably would not fit through my kitchen doorway and that I would spend several hours removing the doors and putting them back on.

We are not able to give an estimation to customers as to how long removing refrigerators doors will take when they chose to do this task on their own. There are too many varying factors that can change the amount of time needed, IE the model of the refrigerator, tools, experience level and assistance available. Purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. This is the poor excuse of a company they outsource to install the appliances. Long story short, they damaged my laundry door, denied it, and now I'm stuck having to find someone to fix the damage. Michael from the claims department was extremely difficult to get a hold of. I needed to call Home Depot's manager just to get him to update me on the claim, only to be told my claim was denied. What a joke.
