Very happy with our move. The movers were very nice. We had some of same movers for moving out and moving in. Our furniture was in storage for 3 months. No damage of any kind. Would recommend

I used Mayflower / Glen *****Storage for my move and had a wonderful experience with them. I was already nervous because I was moving during the pandemic in freezing cold, extremely snowy and icy conditions. They made it painless. My movers were quick and efficient and the customer service personnel I worked with were very patient and helpful. I had worried for years about how to move the mess that was my garage and was pleasantly surprised that it was packed into the truck so fast. I would recommend them to everyone.

Mayflower in Glen Ellyn helped me with a move and storage of furniture from my home to garage as we prepared for rehabbing our home. They were very careful both removing and replacing all pieces, including a vintage piano and antique dining table. The date to move the furniture back into the house was changed the morning of and they accommodated us without issue. I will be using their service again for all future moving needs.

From start to finish, they have been a pleasure to deal with. The crew was polite, productive, interactive and there was no damage! Will be calling them in a couple of weeks for another move.

Move was well coordinated and all staff were courteous and helpful. Movers were very careful and there was no damage - everything was in storage for 6 weeks. Timing of move went well and I even received a credit when the second move took less time than anticipated. Rosa the moving coordinator was very responsive and helpful. If I ever move again, I would use this company

We moved out of state from Illinois to Arizona. Our items were in local storage with ********* for 1 month. The majority of our furniture arrived damaged. I was told that my items would be loaded into vaults at my home, they were not. When your items are in storage the moving blankets are removed because the ********* crew needs their blankets back. My delivery was delayed by 2 weeks, so the unprotected items sat on the warehouse floor. The driver for ******had to re wrap my items, so I am sure time is a factor in the lack o... read more
