Felt like I was ignored. Walked in grabbed a bag of coffee to bring home and sat at the counter. The two girls there acted as if I was not even there! I was so close to the one girl I could have touched her. Yet she didn't even acknowledge I was there. Then someone else walks in and to the register and gets immediately acknowledge. If I'm going to spend more money for a pour over I would expect what I got in my past visits, a carafe with enough for 2 small cups. Today I was handed one mug of coffee with nothing else. If I wanted to go to a diner I would.
One of the best Coffee shops in the city of Rochester the vibe is amazing the staff is even better and the coffee Is to die for go and grab a bite too! Overall a great place!
I really enjoy Glen Edith coffee shop. The coffee tastes great and the people are always friendly. I am so glad they are in the neighborhood!
