I've been going to this office for years, and let me tell you that they are great people. The doctor is very knowledgeable and care about her patients, I will recommend anyone who has a glaucoma.
Arrived at appointment but won’t see me without the actual insurance card and won’t accept a copy of the card! Never made this clear in setting up the appointment where they said copies would not be acceptable. Update: Tiffany the patient representative stepped in and resolved the issue. 5 stars for her.
Dr kupin has the personality and bedside manor of a Dead Person. Spent 5 minutes with me which included a brief examination and a future visit to make money on unnecessary examinations. AVOID HER.
My first visit and I had a great experience. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone is pleasant and very professional. Thank you
