Heidi came highly recommended to us, and she was a pleasure to work with! She was very patient and accommodating to our situation of being in Texas and shopping for a house in Madison. She even gave us excellent recommendations for tradespeople to address issues found on inspection and connections for furnishing a second house!
Heidi acted with extreme integrity and professionalism throughout our sale process, ultimately selling our house in five days, after about a week of staging prep. She’s immediately responsive to questions throughout the process, offers candid advice, and lets you know what she thinks you should or should not do, whether buying or selling a home. She enabled us to sell our first home and move into a home that fits us to a tee, and which we had thought we’d have to wait a lot longer for. It has been wonderful working with her.
