When I received a follow up call about a check written out by our attorney s office that had not been mailed yet due to the Easter holiday, they were EXTREMELY rude - they threatened to call the attorney s office over voicemail (which made me very upset), and told me that I better get my act together and get the check in there as if it were MY FAULT they did not pick up the check when the work was initially done!
