Completed the project to my satisfaction.
Very professional. Very polite. Good quality work. They still have not finished, need to paint, and take wood stakes out; why only 3 stars. They did leave paint, so I guess if they do not show back up to finish, we do not pay last $100 or so and do it ourselves.
Business response:
Client is seriously mistaken . They were told treated wood needed to dry out before being painted and this deck was painted by us on June 6. Wood forms were left in place so above grade concrete columns could cure and forms and stakes were removed and columns skim coated on June 13. Custom blended, expensive deck paint is always left with client. We have yet to collect the $150.00 they owe us .
They also replaced cabinets and countertops, repaired drywall, repaired rotten wall. They were reasonably priced and did everything they said and when they said they would do it.
Quick response to provide an estimate. Quickly scheduled the work to be done. Steven, Brian, Leroy and the crew were all friendly and professional. Performed work as agreed, cleaned up. Very happy customer! Will use again and highly recommend their services!
